Between November 24th to 27th, of 2019, Douglas Kenney travelled to Utah for a splendid vacation. During his vacation, he visited two national parks – Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park. Here is his full trip from his time in Las Vegas, to Zion National Park, to Bryce Canyon National Park, and his final day in Las Vegas, Nevada. Doug, after his dark period of 2014 to early-2017, has made a tremendous professional comeback that he spoke about in his 2019 book From Green Flags to Blue Flags 2: The Amazing Comeback of an Autistic Spokesperson. As part of his comeback, Doug has rediscovered happiness after his dark period by traveling to National Parks across the United States of America. He self-discovered that he finds true spiritual happiness through experience, rather than personal possessions. With his self-discovery, he has set out to visit as many National Parks as possible. One of his inspirations is classic author John Muir, who said in his best-selling books that when you visit Nature, it gives you a spiritual feeling. Doug feels like he experienced the spiritual values of simply being in nature when he visited Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, and knows exactly what Muir meant.
