Zion National Park Accommodations, Hotels, Vacation Rentals & Lodging

This weekend I took a trip to Southern Utah and made it a point to go to Zion National Park. I have been to Zion a few times now and one of the trails I wanted to hike was Observation Point. This hike put me at the tallest point in Zion and provides an amazing view over the rest of the park. It is a relatively difficult hike, and one that should be done by healthy, capable people. In some areas there was nothing but sheer cliffs on the side of us, but I always felt completely safe, as Zion maintains their trails very well, and most are paved. Thanks. very useful video. Planning to hike it next week…one of my biggest concern was around the condition of the trail. I've done the John Muir trail up to Clark Point in Yosemite and the switch backs were in very bad shape…lots of loose rock…pretty treacherous.
