Zion National Park Accommodations, Hotels, Vacation Rentals & Lodging

This year’s fall color landscape photography trip started in Arizona, before heading north into Utah to Zion National Park and eventually Capitol Reef National Park. I would spend one night camping on the north rim of the Grand Canyon, and the following day shooting Aspens before heading to Zion.

Looking forward to the 2019 trip videos. Your comments about giving up analog film are disappointing, but I totally understand. I recently stepped away from 4×5 as well, as it was simply way too hard to shoot, scan, film costs, etc. I downgraded to the RB67 which is still a pretty good size negative. So I stayed all film, but use a hybrid workflow to get to my end rresult. Keep shooting!!

It was really nice to meet you and have a chance for the extended chat in Zion. After watching your videos for a few years it was nice to see you in person. Really looking forward to the next episodes!

Can't tell you how excited I was to see a notification that you posted a video. I think it was a good thing you gave yourself a day to just get into nature before diving into making work. Great job! Looking forward to the next one!
