Zion National Park Accommodations, Hotels, Vacation Rentals & Lodging

After visiting the beautiful Slot Canyons in Utah, we traveled to Zion National Park. We were amazed with size and scale of the park. It reminded us of Yosemite Valley, but in sand instead of granite.

We hiked the Narrows, Overlook and Emerald Pools upper and lower. This is a place we plan to visit again to explore more and hike Angels Landing.

Hi KYD! starting watching you guys about 2-3 yrs ago, when you started …we have since then bought a camper and the last 2 years have been camping summers on LI, NY (while we rent out our house for the summer months)… we just got back from the Grand Canyon (sans camper) and are inspired to do a Arizona, Utah cross country tour with the camper!

Just have to figure, when & how. Love your videos! Thanks!

It will be really helpful if you could mention the date and time of your travels, preferably towards the beginning of the video. Most of the travel videos do not do this and hence do not provide a reference to the seasons. It will be helpful for the prospective travelers to get an understanding of the conditions.

I don't know if you started doing it but this is my only third video of watching you guys have you ever thought of adding in the style a grill that you use certain equipment that you've used compared to better equipment that you've upgraded to that would be really interesting to know for people like me who want to get into r.ving

Heading out west with my family this summer and we've been watching your videos all afternoon. We homeschool too and are so excited! Question: Is one day at Zion enough? We're trying to decide between 1 day @ Zion + 1 day at Bryce or just 2 days at Zion. My daughters are 7 & 9 and can do some hiking and biking but nothing too strenuous. Thanks again and you have a lovely family!

I'm planning on taking my family on a cross country road trip next summer… We have limited time and I'm torn between making a stop at Bryce Canyon National Park or Zion National Park… I have two daughters (13 and 10). If you could only pick one, which would you pick? Thanks!

Awesome videos!!!!  Can't wait to get our first RV and start seeing this beautiful country!!  Quick question, how does your F-150 pull your travel trailer?  The ones I have been looking at seem to be a little heavy for a F-150.

Wow, that is sooo awesome! I almost feel like I was there, but not quite. I've seen it before in other videos but your video allowed me to see and even feel some of the grandeur and wonder of the place. It's definitely on my bucket list now. It's funny I'm not as interested in the Grand Canyon. I saw it once when I was a kid. But this place is magnificent. Great video. Your daughter does a wonderful job narrating. She's good.

Great videos guys…had a question about the grades around/between Bryce and Zion?  We are planning a three week from MD out to the big parks in SW Utah.  Our main concern is the mountain driving we will encounter.  Any route recommendations in and around Zion and Bryce to avoid the bigger grades?  Thanks in advance.
