I'm unclear. Why are you resistant to paying a fee to film within the park? You realize it's not because of the photons, right? It's not because you're doing more or less damage to the environment. It's because you're generating revenue. It does not matter what kind of revenue – goods, services, intellectual property, etc. If you're attempting to generate revenue and profit, the controlling government body or agency will want a piece of the pie. You're acting as a business – not as a citizen. As a business, you have to know and account for all the costs – including those demanded by the government. Easy solution? Pass the cost to the consumer. Welcome to capitalism 101. Now, if they start requiring a fee of John and Jane Doe, everyday citizens simply filming their experience or if they starting charging fees to the press??? Then we have a government gone off rails.
