Zion National Park Accommodations, Hotels, Vacation Rentals & Lodging
Zion National Park has a fascinating visitor history dating to back to the 1906 World’s Fair in St. Louis where fair attenders thought the paintings of Zion must be fabrications of a fictitious place. The Union Pacific Railroad continued tourism in Zion, offering ten-day rail and bus tours to Bryce, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. Lodges at all three parks were designed by famed architect Gilbert Stanley Underwood.
