Zion National Park Accommodations, Hotels, Vacation Rentals & Lodging

A time-lapse I shot from Observation Point Sunday, May 24, 2015 (one of the best hikes in Zion Park, IMHO). The hike is a bit strenuous (took me about 2 hours to get up, and 1.5 hours to get down [not including recording time] according to my stop watch, at 8 miles round-trip), but you’re well rewarded for the effort every step of the way! The ridge in the lower right quadrant is Angel’s Landing, if you look closely (and in 4K) you can see people hiking along the ridge.

This is actually up Observation Point which is on the Eastern Rim of Zion Park (Angel's Landing is off the Western Rim)–the video actually looks down onto Angel's Landing (it's that ridge in the bottom right quadrant).
